AB  - 48 patients who had freated surgically for malleoler fractures af the Department of Orthopaedics, Faculty of Medicine, Cumhuriyet University, between July 1982 and January 1991 were evaluated. Thirteen patients (77.08%) were male and eleven (92%) were female, with a mean age of 38.2 years. The mean durafion of foliow up was 37.6 months. Those cases in our series were classified according fo both Lauge-Hansen and Weber. Patients were evaluated af final follow up according to objekfive and subjective criteria of Robert's. Eventually enough results were found 91.67% subjectively and 87.50% objectively.
N2  - Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Uygulama Araştırma Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Anabilim Dalı'nda Temmuz 1982-0cak 1991 tarihleri arasında malleol kırığı nedeniyle cerrahi tedavi gören 48 hasta değerlendirildi. Bunların 37'si erkek (%77.08), 11'i kadın (%22.92) olup, yaş ortalaması 38.2 idi. Olguların ortalama 37.6 ay takip edildi. Serimizdeki olguların kırıkları, Lauge-Hansen ve Weber sınıflamasına göre ayrı ayrı değerlendirildi. Sonuçların değerlendirilmesi ise Robert'in objekfif ve subjekfif kriterlerine göre yapıldı. Neticede subjekfif olarak %91.67, objektif olaraksa %87.50 yeterli sonuç bulundu.
