AB  - Congenltal dislocation of the knee has a difficult surgical treatment strategy due to many accompanying congenital deformities. At the Orthopaedic Department of Istanbul Medical Faculty, University of Istanbul, we surgically treated (the surgical technique we used was adapted according to the type of deformity in order to correct it) 13 knees of 7 cases with congenital dislocation of knee. Mean age was 5.8 month. Here, we present the results of our cases after median fo1low up of 33 months and we compared them with the results in the literature.
N2  - Doğumsal diz çıkığı, birtikte .bulunan diğer konjenital anomalilerin de sıklığı nedeniyle tedavisi birçok güçIükler arzeden bir deformitedir. İstanbul Universitesi İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Anabilim Dalı'nda yaş ortalaması 5.8 ay olan 7 vakanın 13 dizine cerrahi tedavi (ameliyat tekniği olarak standart tek bir teknikten ziyade perop karşılaşılan patolojilerin yok edilmesine yönelik olarak tercih yapılmıştır) uyguladık Ortalama 33 ay takip süresine sahip olan vakalarımızdan aldığımız sonuçları literatür bilgisi ışığında sunduk.
