The short-term results of 24 endoprosthesis were evaluated. The prosthesis was implanted bilaterally in only one these patients. The evaluation of the patients was performed by using the "Knee Socity Scorew criterias. The mean preoperative and postoperative knee score were 37 and 81.3 respectively. The mean preoperative and postoperative functional scores were 43.4 and 81.8 respectively. Physiological valgus angle was obtained in 22 of patients, and sign of loosening was seen in only one of the patients. Of the 24 knees, 20 had very good results, while 3 had good and 1 had fair results.
