According to Modified Harris Hip Scoring system we obtained excellent, good and fair results in 59 (89.4 %) patients and poor result in 7 (10.6 %) patients. Our results are congruous with the literature. In our opinion, primary hemiarthroplasty with Muller Straight Stem endoprosthesis is a good alternative in the treatment of highly osteoporotic and elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.}, number={1}, publisher={Turkish Association of Orthopaedics and Traumatology}
