Since definition in 1972, approximately 80 cases have been reported. Its etiology was not clear and there was no consensus about that entity, even in its name. A 17-year-old female patient was investigated in our department because of bilaterally, symmetrically localized bone lesions and was diagnosed as CRMO. She also has diagnosed dermatomyositis two years ago. Our aim to report this case is to emphasize the entity which have to be estimated for diagnosis and treatment of multifocal osteomyelitis lesions whether symmetrical or not. To our knowledge, the association with dermatomyositis has not been reported before.}, number={3}, publisher={Turkish Association of Orthopaedics and Traumatology}
