Twenty eight closed tibial plateau fractures in twenty seven patients were treated with arthroscopy assisted reduction between January 1993 and December 1997. The mean follow-up period was 25 months (range 6 months to 55 months). Schatzker classification system was used for evaluation and classification of the fractures patterns. The plateau depression has been reconstructed with elevation through a window in the proximal metaphysis to articular surface with a corticospongious bone graft. The results were evaluated according to Rasmussen’s classification system.There have been no perop complications with this tecnique in the series. The results were satisfactory.}, number={5}, publisher={Turkish Association of Orthopaedics and Traumatology}
