AB  - Bu çalışma, dijital ticaretin küresel ekonomideki dönüştürücü etkisini, Türkiye, Azerbaycan ve Özbekistan arasındaki üçlü iş birliği ekseninde incelemektedir. Geleneksel pazarların dijital platformlara evrildiği günümüzde, bu üç ülkenin 29 Ocak 2025 tarihli Ankara Bildirisi ile somutlaşan stratejik ortaklığı, bölgesel entegrasyon ve ekonomik kalkınma açısından kritik bir örnek teşkil etmektedir. Çalışmada, Orta Koridor'un dijitalleşme yoluyla nasıl verimli hale getirildiği, bu hattın Rusya'nın Kuzey Koridoru'na ve istikrarsız güney rotalarına karşı nasıl güvenilir bir alternatif sunduğu analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca, Çin'in Kuşak ve Yol Girişimi (BRI) ile entegre olan bu yapının, enerji güvenliği ve yeşil dönüşüm hedefleriyle, özellikle Azerbaycan'ın Yeşil Enerji Bölgesi örneğinde olduğu üzere nasıl desteklendiği ele alınmıştır. Makale, gümrük süreçlerinin basitleştirilmesi ve dijital altyapı yatırımlarının, KOBİ'lerin küresel pazarlara erişimini artırarak refahı tabana yaydığını ve üçlü iş birliğinin Avrasya'nın yeni ekonomik omurgası haline geldiğini ortaya koymaktadır.

N2  - This study examines the transformative impact of digital trade on the global economy, focusing on the trilateral cooperation among Türkiye, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan. In an era where traditional markets are evolving into digital platforms, the strategic partnership between these three nations embodied in the Ankara Declaration of January 29, 2025 represents a pivotal model for regional integration and economic development. The paper analyzes how the Middle Corridor has been optimized through digitalization to function as a Digital Trade Corridor, thereby offering a reliable alternative to Russia's Northern Corridor and unstable southern routes. Furthermore, it explores how this framework, integrated with China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), is bolstered by energy security and green transition objectives, as illustrated by the example of Azerbaijan's Green Energy Zone. The study concludes that the simplification of customs procedures and investments in digital infrastructure foster inclusive growth by enhancing SMEs' access to global markets, demonstrating that this trilateral cooperation has emerged as the new economic backbone of Eurasia.
