A 5-year-old boy was admitted with knee pain six weeks after a fall from bed. Physical examination showed obturator dislocation of the left hip. Owing to the late presentation and without attempting closed reduction, the patient was treated with open reduction and capsulorrhaphy. At the end of a year follow-up, the patient had no complaints and no functional restriction.}, number={3}
