The study examines the historical stages in the development of bibliographic information, its modes of representation across different information carriers, its functional characteristics in traditional and electronic environments, and the transformation processes occurring within the contemporary digital information environment. Particular attention is devoted to the classification of bibliographic information forms as manifested in printed bibliographic publications, card catalogs, electronic catalogs, bibliographic databases, digital libraries, and open scholarly platforms. The study demonstrates that the forms of existence of bibliographic information have acquired a dynamic character in parallel with the development of information technologies, which has significantly expanded their functional capacities and fields of application. The article provides a theoretical and methodological basis for further research in bibliography, library science, and information science.}, number={2}
