AB  - In this article a patient with pacfiydermoperiostosis is described. His feafures are examined and compared with the cases which had been described in medical literature. The history of the disease is reviewed and the differantial diagnosis is discussed with particular reference to hypertrophic pufmoner osteoarthropathy.
N2  - Bu yazıda nadir görülen bir sendrom olan pakidermoperiostosis üzerinde durulmuştur. Kliniğimize başvuran bir hastanın özellikleri incelenmiş ve literatürde bildirilen vakalarla karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Olayın seyri ve diğer hastalıklar yanında özellikle hipertrofik pulmoner osteoartropati ile olan ayırıcı tanısı tartışılmştır.
