Because of anatomic feature of the shoulder joint and it has been much more exposed to trauma. The great part of the stability of joint is formed by capsul around the bone structure, tendons and muscles. 30 traumatic shoulder dislocations were treated and followed in our clinic between the years of 1970-1976. Under the light of literature knowledge and with the results of our cases, pathomechanics of the shoulder dislocation, types of dislocations, soft tissue injuries associated with dislocation induded joint structure and stability, injuries of bone structures of the joint which were occured together were examined and the methods of treatment and their results were discussed.}, number={3}
