Araştırma sonuçlarına göre civil peyniri numunelerinde belirlenen mikroorganizma kolonilerinin ortalama sayılan; Aerob mezofil genel canlı 3.36x10 <sup>5 </sup>kob/g. psikrofilik mikroorganizma 3.90x10 <sup>5 </sup> kob/g, koliform gurubu bakteri 3.05x10 <sup>4 </sup>kob/g, <em> E.coli </em> 3.07xl0 <sup>2 </sup>kob/g, <em>S.aureus </em> 1.16x 10 <sup>: </sup> kob/g, <em> Lactobacillus </em> 2.06x10 <sup>4 </sup>kob/g, maya 1.32xl0 <sup>5 </sup> kob/g ve küf 5.1 lxl0 <sup>4 </sup> kob/g olduğu tespit edildi. The mean values of colony counts were determined as follows for different microorganisms: for general viable microorganisms 3.36x10 <sup>s </sup> cfu/g, for psychrophilic microorganisms 3.90x10 <sup>5 </sup> cfu/g, for coliform group 3.05xl0 <sup>4 </sup> cfu/g, for <em> E.coli </em> 3.07xl0 <sup>: </sup> cfu/g, for <em> S.aureus </em> 1.16x 10 <sup>2 </sup> cfu/g, for <em>Lactobacillus </em> 2.06xl0 <sup>4 </sup> cfu/g, for yeast 1.32x10 <sup>s </sup> cfu/g, and mould 5.11xl0 <sup>4 </sup> cfu/g.
