AB  - Giriş: Abdominoplasti vücut şekillendirmede en popüler cerrahi işlemlerdendir. En sık görülen komplikasyonlar seroma ve yara iyileşme problemleridir. Bu çalışmada abdominoplasti kontrendikasyonları ile komplikasyon nedeniyle takip edilen bir olgunun sunulması amaçlanmıştır.Olgu sunumu: 57 yaşında, hasta abdomen bölgesinde enfekte olmuş açık yara ile başvurdu. Hastanın 15 yıldır diyabet ve hipertansiyon nedeniyle tedavi gördüğü öğrenildi. Yapılan muayenesinde kolesistektomi skarının mevcut olduğu ve vücut kitle indeksinin 37 olduğu tespit edildi. Abdominoplasti sonrasında karın ön duvarında Enfeksiyon bulguları geriledikten sonra abdominal bölgedeki doku defekti greftlenerek defekt kapatımı yapıldı.Tartışma: Vücut şekillendirmede rağbet görmesine rağmen abdominoplasti halen birçok komplikasyonu beraberinde getirebilen bir cerrahi prosedürdür. Bu nedenle hastaların iyi seçilmesi kontrendikasyonların ve göreceli kontrendikasyonların hasta eksenli düşünülerek hastanın özelliklerine göre endikasyon sınırlarının çizilmesi gerektiğini düşünmekteyiz.Anahtar Kelimeler: Abdominoplasti Komplikasyonları; Diyabet; Hipertansiyon; Vakum Yardımlı Kapama.

N2  - Introduction: Abdominoplasty is the mostpopular surgical body contouring procedures.The seroma and the wound healing problemsare the most common complications. In thisstudy, we aimed to report complication ofabdominoplasty procedures and a casefollowed for complicated afterabdominoplasty.Case Report: A 57 years old female patientappealed with infected abdominal wall woundand revealed diabetes mellitus, hypertension,cholesistectomia scar, and BMI was 37. Theabdominal tissue defect was repairedbygrafting after regression of enfectious signs.Conclusion: Despite of its popularity, theabdominoplasty is still associated withcomplications. Thus, we believe that thepatient selection must be considered from theindividually, as for to determinate theindication borders.
