AB  - Bu çalışmada, Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Ortaöğretim Fen ve Matematik Eğitimi programında öğrenim gören toplam 25 öğrencinin sonlu küme, sayılabilir ve sayılamayan sonsuz küme kavramlarında mevcut bilgilerinden yola çıkarak yaptıkları hataların matematiksel modelleme yardımıyla belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Bu amaçla öğrencilere küme kavramıyla ilgili bilgilerini hatırlamalarına yardımcı olacak açık uçlu sorular yöneltildi. Sorulara verilen cevaplar değerlendirilerek öğrencilerin düştükleri yanılgılar belirlendi ve bu yanılgıları zihinlerde doğru matematiksel düşünmeyi oluşturacak şekilde etkinlikler yaptırıldı. Etkinlikler sonucunda kavramları daha kolay zihinlerde oluşturdukları görüldü.
