The foundation model is based on the Winkler hypothesis. Using Dirac distribution theory, concentrated disturbances on beams are transformed to distributed loads in order to be able to use the governing differential equation established for distributed loads. An illustrative example is presented in order to demonstrate the use of the study and some of the obtained results are given in tables and figures.
