AB  - Bu makalede, Fıkıh usûlü literatüründe kendilerinden Vâkıfıyye adıyla söz edilen Usûl bilginlerinin Fıkıh usûlü meselelerine yaklaşımları üzerinde durulmuştur. Sözü edilen Usûl bilginleri, “Usûl meselelerinin pek çoğunda prensip hükmü koymama”, “karineye önem verme” ve “kesin yargı içeren kurallara mesafeli durma” tavırlarıyla dikkat çekerler. Bu tavrın hem Fıkıh, hem de Kelam disiplinleriyle sıkı bir ilişkisi vardır. Makalede üç mesele üzerinden söz konusu bilginlerin Usûl alanındaki yaklaşımları irdelenecektir.

N2  - İn this article we study the approach of some Usûl al-fiqh scholars -who were talken about in the literature of Usûl al-fıqh as “Waqıfiya”- to some matters of Usûl al-fıqh. These scholars are known with their attidute of “not determining definite rules in some Usûl al-fiqh matters” and “overrating the indications” and “being disposed to the rules which include definite decision”. This attidute is related to both Fıqh and Kelam disciplines. İn this article this approach of these scholars will be studied in the context of three issues.
