AB  - Hadis ilminde Kütüb-i sitte diye bilinen meşhur hadis koleksiyonunun önemli müelliflerinden birisi şüphesiz Muhammed b. İsmâil el-Buhârî’dir (ö. 256/869). Buhârî, hadisçilik yönü kadar tarihçiliğiyle de bilinen bir âlimdir. Nitekim onun, Sahîh’inin yanı sıra et-Târîhu’s-sağîr, et-Târîhu’l-evsat, et-Târîhu’l-kebîrve Kitâbü’d-duafâgibi eserleri hadis ve tarih ilimlerinin ortaklaşa kullandığı kaynaklardır. Bu çalışmada, Buhârî’nin Sahîh’inde siyer ve meğâzî rivâyetlerini kullanmasının onun tarihçilik yanının bir tezahürü mü yoksa hadis kitaplarının genel özelliğinden kaynaklanan bir zorunluluk mu olduğu hususu irdelenecektir. Ayrıca Buhârî’nin siyer ve meğâzî rivâyetlerinin sıhhati konusunda göstermiş olduğu hassasiyet de misalleriyle ortaya konulmaya çalışılacaktır.

N2  - One of the important authors of famous hadith collection known as el-Kutub al-sittah in the science of Hadith is Muhammad bin Ismail al-Bukhari (256/869). Bukhari is known not only as a narrator but as a historian as well. His works such as al-Tarikh al-saghir, al-Tarih al awsat, alTarikh al-kabir, and Kitab al-duafa were the works which have been used in common by the science of Hadith and History. In this paper, the point whether Bukhari’s using Sirah and Maghazi narrations in his Sahih is the manifestation of his historian side or it is a requirement coming from general features of hadith books will be examined. Moreover, Bukhari’s sensitiveness about the health of Sirah and Maghazi narrations will be tried to bring up with their examples.
