AB  - Türkiye GSM hizmetleri pazarı tarihsel olarak yüksek yoğunlaşma oranına sahiptir. Bu durumun pazar yapısından mı yoksa operatörlerin stratejilerinden mi kaynaklandığı temel tartışma konularının başında gelmektedir. Çalışmada öncelikle şebeke etkisinin mevcudiyeti üzerinde durulmuştur. Söz konusu tespitin ardından akademik alanda bu etkinin ortadan kaldırılabilmesine yönelik ortaya konan çözüm önerilerine değinilmiş ve düzenleyici kurumun Türkiye’de özellikle dört başlık altında sınıflandırabilecek politika ve bu politikaların pazardaki sonuçlarına yer verilmiştir
