AB  - Total akciğer atelektazisi, postoperatif erken dönemde gelişebilen önemli komplikasyonlardan biridir. Bu makalede sezaryen operasyonu sonrası 48. saatte tanısı konulan obstrüktif total akciğer atelektazisinin klinik tanısı, bronkoskopik aspirasyon ile tedavisi sunulmuş ve tartışılmıştır. Özellikle bu komplikasyonun gelişmemesi için alınması gereken önlemler vurgulanmıştır.

N2  - Obstructive pulmonary atelectasis is one of the important early postoperative complications. In this paper, a case of obstructive total pulmonary atelectasis developing after an operation of ceaserean section is presented and its diagnosis, treatment with broncoscopic aspiration is discussed. Especially, essential precautions for preventions of this complication are emphasized.
