AB  - Vulva karsinomu nadir olup çoğunlukla 60 yaşın üstündeki kadınlarda görülür. Nedeni halen çok açık olmamakla birlikte etyopatogenezde başlıca Human Papilloma Virüsü (HPV) ve liken sklerozus suçlanmaktadır. Biz vulvasında, liken sklerozus zemininden gelişmiş, iyi diferensiye, invaziv skuamöz hücreli kanseri olan 36 yaşında bir kadın olgu sunmaktayız.

N2  - Vulvar carcinoma is a rare disorder that frequently occurs in women at 60 year or older. No specific factors have been clearly identified as causative but HPV and lichen sclerosus are thought to be the predisposing factors. We are presenting a 36 year old women who has well differentiated, invasive squamous cell carcinoma at her vulva and we think the cancer has developed within a background of lichen sclerosus.
