With this aim, a questionnaire has been developed based on learn, teach and assessment-evaluation criterions which are predetermined characteristics by researcher. Towards to the end of 2010-2011 school years, the developed this questionnaire form has been given to the total of 48 mathematic teachers, work in the center and some districts of Bitlis city, and wanted to evaluate the 10thgrade Mathematic Lesson Book of Secondary School in respect of these questionnaire choices. Obtained data have been evaluated in the way of some variations such as sex, type of school and seniority and analyzed by using SPSS 11.0 statistic package program.According to the results of research: Mathematic lesson book is prepared to cover the teaching program and evaluating questions measure the gains which are wanted to give students are included at the end of every chapter or unit. However, it has been detected that this book does not urge on research, examine and use the method of scientific- thinking, and also its content of natural, social, economic and cultural integrity is not suitable to use in the students’ daily life.
