N2  - In this study, functional and sensual effects ofperformance evaluation on dormitory rooms'interior characteristics and human-furnituredensity living (eight people) have beenexamined. The study focuses on theperceptual concentrations on the boardinggirls and boys covering identical spatialfeatures at Tahsin Banguoğlu studentdormitory rooms located in Ankara. For thispurpose, architectural features and interiorspatial characteristics within the context ofusers’ satisfaction, expectation andperceptual performance are measured byapplying a detailed survey. Accordingly, ithas been examined that in the case ofdormitory rooms and their users a significantportion are not satisfied with the residentialplacement, human-furniture density andcapacity of wardrobes. In such a way that;the crowding of bunk beds, cabinets, desksand chairs besides, shortage of large volumeof a library, wardrobe and footwear.Furthermore, another finding is almost allusers preferred to stay in a single, doubleand quadruple rooms rather than in therooms with six and eight people
