N2  - 49 year-old male patient was referred for the right cross-fused ectopia and right renal mass that was detected when the treatment for malign epitelial tumor of lung. Ultrasonography; right cross-fused ectopia and 55*40*83mm-sized heterogeneous mass from lower pole of ectpic kidney was detected. Magnetic resonance imaging; right kidney wass cross ectopic, located in left abdominal part and 94*61mm-sized renal mass that is hypointense on T1-weighted sequences and heterogeneously enhancing on T2- weighted sequences from lower pole of ectopic kidney to left lower part of abdomen and pelvis. Radical nephrectomy operation was performed. After first month, patient came with complaint of swelling and tenderness on left abdominal part. On computerised tomography; 10cm-diameter urinoma was detected on left abdominal part. After that drainage tube was inserted into urinoma. In the follow-up period the liquid from drain was decreased and it was over on postoperative 20th day and then the patient was discharged.
