N2  - Aterosklerotik kardiyovasküler hastalıklar günümüzde epidemik hale gelmiştir. Morbidite ve mortalitenin en sık nedenleridir. Son yıllarda, Tribulus terrestris (TT), Avena sativa (AS) ve Panax Ginseng (PG) içeren bitkisel karışımlar koroner arter hastaları tarafından sık olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu yazıda, bilinen koroner arter hastalığı olmasına rağmen, ilaçlarını bırakıp bitkisel karışım kullanan ve akut koroner sendrom gelişen iki olgu sunuldu.
