N2  - Santral venöz sisteme bağlı gelişen yaralanmalar penetran yada iatrojenik olabilmektedir. Subclavian ve juguler yaralanmalar sıklıkla penetran travma sonucunda oluşurlar, ancak innominate-kaval yaralanmalar sıklıkla kateter nedeniyle gelişir. Kliniğimizde tedavi edilen trunkal damar yaralanmalarını gözden geçirdik.
