N2  - General terms and conditions are generally became valid in a contract with global acceptance of the other party. But if there are some strange terms against the contract’s character and the features of the business, unless expressly cautioned, other party’s volition, who globally acceptance also includes these strange terms. In this case, general terms and conditions, which are against the contract’s character and the features of the business, are respected as unwritten and other terms of the contract stay valid. Party, using general terms and conditions, cannot claim that he did not conclude the contract unless the terms respected as unwritten exist
