Major clinical symptoms of this syndrome are facial nerve paresis or paralysis, vesicles in nervous tracings, and otalgia. Especially, face asymmetry occurs due to the affected facial nerve. Although, survival of this syndrome is good, prognosis of facial symptoms is poor and complete degeneration of the nerve may occur. In a 60 years old female patient with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome who was admitted to our clinic with poor prognostic criteria, we examined that the effectiveness of physical therapy and rehabilitation application, and six months follow-up findings, and the case was discussed CR - 1.
