There is a significant difference between female and male teachers in terms of works related to students’ affairs and the knowledge of legislation. The area that teachers have the least problem appears to be with physical infrastructure. Intern teachers appear to be involving more with school environment compared to those who finished their internships. However, in the areas of student, instruction and legislation, significant difference exist in the favour of the latter group (non-intern group). Overall the sample appears to be involving more with legislation and school environment relationship.
