N2  - Turkish Economy has encountered several economic crises and struggled with certain economic problems from the proclamation of Republic up until today. In the beginning of 2000s, two economic crises on November 2000 and February 2001 have caused deep impacts on Turkish Economy and led to make new decisions and take precautions. With the new precautions after February 2001 economic crisis and political stability after 2002, significant progresses were made in Turkish Economy. The purpose of this study is to enlighten the 15-year-period of Turkish Economy after 2000. In this respect, the progress on basic macroeconomic indicators based on the data of 2000-2014 were analyzed under the following topics; gross domestic product, growth, per capita income, employment-unemployment, inflation, public debt and foreign trade.
