N2  - Trends towards providing public services via electronic communication tools also increase, as developments in internet, broadband and mobile technologies intensify and usage of computers connected to a network becomes more widespread. Recently, necessity to merge isolated public information systems on one communication backbone becomes a common opinion. It is understood that an integrated e-government platform, which is described with different models like joined-up-government, one-stop-government, is the only effective and inevitable way of providing public services through electronic information systems.This paper focuces on the structure of integrated e-government platforms after an overview on e-government concept. The aim is to shed light on e-government projects of Turkish Public Sector in the context of EU perspective and integrated e-government of Turkey.
