It’s proportion to total expenditure goes up when it’s gone down to the lower income levels. On the other hands the consumption conscious of these products is increasingly rising as the education and income level increases. These trends closely affect the companies decisions on the products.In this study, it is tried to understand whether the consumer takes the decision on the consumption of food product, he or she is interested in nutrition value of the product, and how he she perceives the main product characteristics.
