N2  - The aim of this study is to determine how national and universal values, which occur in Primary th Education Social Studies 6 Grade program and course books, are distributed and to mention the th requirement and importance of value education that will be given to 6 grade students. It has been th found out as a result of the analysis of social studies 6 grade course book and education program that national and universal values are tried to be distributed throughout the program in each unit. Furthermore, it is pointed out that national and universal values are in close relationship with each other during the classification of values.
