N2  - In this study, it was aimed to estimate Linearized Almost Ideal Demand System (LA/AIDS) for red meat, fish and chicken using cross-section data collected from central district of Isparta province. Research results showed that average household income is 836.64 YTL/month and the ratio of food expenditure to total expenditure is found as %33.55. In the research area, per capita consumption of red meat, chicken and fish was estimated as 0.597, 1.03 and 1.142 kg/month, respectively. According to the results of estimated demand system, while expenditure elasticities of red meat and chicken were 0.83, expenditure elasticity of fish was calculated as 1.50. On the other hand, price elasticities of demand for red meat, chicken and fish were calculated as -0.20, -0.12 and - 0.51, respectively, implying that each of the products investigated is inealastic.
