Research universe contains employees of hospitality businesses which operate in Eskisehir city center and research sample contains 190 employees who are employed at these businesses. Evaluation form consists of 3 divisions which are demographic information and information belongs to businesses, nepotism and organizational justice perception scales. During research, descriptive statistics are used in order to determine the participant’s demographic features and correlation analysis are used to determine the relationship between nepotism and organizational justice perception. Also, correlation analyses are conducted in order to determine relationship between nepotism and organizational justice perception in businesses which operate either as a family business or not. Results indicate that there is a negative and meaningful relationship between nepotism and organizational justice perception.
