N2  - Posteriyor reversibl ensefalopati sendromu (PRES); epileptik nöbetler, bilinç durum bozuklukları,baş ağrısı, görme anormallikleri ve bulantı/kusma gibi birtakım klinik–radyolojik semptomlarınsöz konusu olduğu tablo için kullanılan bir tanımlamadır. Tanı MRG’de parietal ve oksipital bölgededaha belirgin olan bilateral ve simetrik serebral ödem gözlemi ile konur. Bu yazıda, preeklampsizemininde PRES gelişen bir hastanın yoğun bakım ünitesindeki takip ve tedavisi, güncelliteratür eşliğinde sunulmuştur.
