N2  - Training system of Ahi institutions ai m to improve all aspects of the individualsin the different fields of life. As it is well known that Ahi training didn'tcontribute the individual's mental development only but it encouraged social,psychological, behavioral, and physical development of individuals. Nodoubt, priority of the Ahi training is providing the stable and mature personality.Finally, it can be said that all above mentioned qualities came to being by Ahi contributions to individual's religious, moral, tasawwufi and professioneducation. This article is based on tasawwufi princples and masterpupilrelation that elobrates growing mode of Ahi personalities.
