N2  - Adıgüzel Baraj Gölü'nün bentik makroomurgasızların tespiti amacıyla, Ocak 2007- Aralık 2007 tarihleri arasında gölden seçilen 4 istasyon ve kıyıdan aylık biyolojik örneklemeler yapılmıştır. Örnekleme çalışmalarında göl içindeki istasyonlarda Ekman-Birge grab ve kıyı örneklemelerinde de el kepçeleri kullanılmıştır. Örnekler arazide %4’lük formaldehit solüsyonu ile fikse edilmiş olup, laboratuvar ortamında eleklerden süzülmüş, tür tayinleri yapılmış ve sayılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, Diptera’dan üç (Chironomus tentans, Polypedilum nubeculosum, Procladius (Holotanypus) sp.), Malacostraca’dan iki (Paramysis kosswigi, Pontogammarus robustoides) ve biri Oligochaeta'ya (Nais pardalis) dahil olmak üzere toplam 6 tür tespit edilmiştir. Teşhis edilen türler, Adıgüzel Baraj Gölü için ilk kayıtlardır. Adıgüzel Baraj Gölü’nün profundal kısmının oldukça verimsiz olduğu tespit edilmiş olup, metrekarede ortalama 17 chironomid bireyi tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada tespit edilen diğer bentik makroomurgasız organizmalar gölün littoral kısmından örneklenmişlerdir
