Second, </span> <span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:TimesNewRomanPS;color:rgb(35,31,32);">Goffman’s </span> <span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:TimesNewRomanPS;color:rgb(35,31,32);">intellectual development is discussed according to his positioning with Freud, Cooley and Mead as precursors and Debord, Baudrillard and Jameson as successors.
