N2  - Emotional characteristics come in accordance with the facts that must be considered in the continuing training. The attitudes of the students towards the course are one of the emotional characteristics that affect the education-training process. It is rather difficult for students to get enough of the lessons they have developed negative attitudes. This research was carried out in order to determine the attitudes of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences students on the behaviors of academic staff contributing to the development of positive attitudes towards the lectures. A questionnaire which is one of the quantitative research techniques was used in the research. As a result of the research, it was determined that most of the students placed the first order among the teaching staff who contributed to the development of positive attitudes towards the lectures, to be able to give convincing answers to the questions directed to them.
