For the poets of this literatüre, sicili and dexterity are of the utmost importance. in this type of literatüre, the sicili is to change the names of things or phenomena by means of various types of metaphor, and to discover more perfect, more beautiful and more exciting aspects of those things and phenomena. The art in Classical Literatüre is to approach various metaphoric properties and try to express them. The goal of poetry is to make sure that a metaphor is properly used for the structure and essence of the thing and phenomenon in question. Poets tried to express the same object with similar metaphors using as many various images as possible. in this respect, Classical Poetry abounds in images. Images in poetry are not only ornamental but also functional properties. Therefore, this study investigates poems written about royal stamps reflecting the ornamental and functional properties of images. Royal stamp is "leit- motif, that is the main property in such poems. Besides the formal properties in royal stamps material as well as spiritual power of Ottoman dynasty were occasionally expressed. Common points in poems in question are listed one by one, and comparisons are made among themselves.
