N2  - In our century, knowledge is equivalent to power. A person with knowledge is a person who knows where to gel information and how to use it. In other words a person with knowledge is a man of power.The educational system must open to changes in order to educate individuals with such qualities. New ideas methods and methods should be apllied by administrators and teachers.Especially the young teachers fınd their undergruduate education unsatisfactory and they feel the need to get graduate degree in education. Increasing demand for graduate education is an indicator of such a need. But graduate school students are having difficulties. The causes of the difficulties might base on the system, administration, teachers who work in the same major and their graduate scools.In order to determine these difficulties information is gathered from administrators, faculty staff who teach in graduate school and teachers some of which have graduate degree. The quantitative dala is evaluated statistically using SSPS program. Furthermore, the data obtained by interviewing was analised qualitatively. Suggestions vere made.These results may contribute to other research in this area.
