Data was analyzed using structural equation model, independent samples t test and ANOVA test which was obtained by questioners methods from 196 personnel work in two hospitals that have been operating in Sakarya. According to findings of study, universalistic personnel practices and trust in coworkers and investment in expertise have positive, and political interference has a negative effect on organizational commitment. Also, organizational commitment has a positive effect on job satisfaction. In contrast, equity has not a statistically significant effect on organizational commitment. CR - ALLEN, N. J. ve MEYER, J.
