The purpose of this paper is to study the mutual interaction between employees’ perception of the external prestige of their working organization and their attitudes toward organization in Turkish context. The results showed that impact of PEP on affective commitment is partially mediating by job satisfaction and organizational identification which was overlap with western research finding. We also discover a relationship that employees who have job satisfaction and identification tend to see their organization more prestigious and more favorable.
