N2  - As a result of the cut-throat competition in the world, such topics as Strategic Management and Strategic Performance Measurement become more crucial for companies. Multi-faceted Performance Measurement Systems which are based on strategies, are very necessary to show companies where they are in their strategy road. Thus far, strategy oriented Balanced Scorecard and quality based EFQM Excellence Framework are the best and most-preferred models to meet this want. In this paper firstly Balanced Scorecard and EFQM (European Foundation Quality Award) Excellence Framework will be compared to find out their weakness or strengths. Then it will be introduced that companies can make synergy in cooperate performance with using the two models together in Strategy Management and Performance Measurement. A given example from an automotive company will support the applicability of the subject.
