N2  - This paper reports on a conceptual analysis of tacit knowledge and examines the relation between tacit knowledge and functional characteristics of human brain hemispheres. The objective of this paper, considering the reality of right and left brain paradoxes as one of the most outstanding sources of tacit knowledge, is to demonstrate the relation between tacit knowledge developing ways and favorable organization structures.
