N2 - Analysis of the training problems of the Circassians in Turkey is important to determine the way to examine the social problems and produce solutions to these problems. Unvailing the problems about using the mother tongue in education for the Circassians in Turkey and analysing If these problems cause social resolvation constitute the main objective of this study. In this study, document analysis and descriptive analysis techniques were used as qualitative research methods. In the analysis of the data, descriptive analysis was used. Due to find the mother tongue training problems in education, documents have taken from media news from the date of 2011 since today’s media news for about 5 years and then, problematic findings of the report were detected to analyse the concept of social disorganization light. In this study, some of the problems which the Circassians in Turkey experienced showed that they face social disintegration and identity problems because of not being able to use their mother tongue. As recommendations, it was put forth that the adaptation of communication process and agonistic policy to the educational problems of the Circassians in Turkey is important rather then to apply for a ready solution recipe.
