N2  - This study is based on the examination of the high school 1st grade physics textbook, prepared and approved by the Ministry of National Education as essential physics textbook between 1986 and 1997 school years, in the terms of educational design, book layout, information load, language and expression method. For this purpose, this physics textbook has been examined as an example of the textbook examination study. The results have been presented along with the suggestions.
