N2  - In this text, the diploma which Mohammad Vahbi, who is from Konya, gave it to AhmadFawzi Bolvadinî, will be evaluated. Firstly, we will talk about Ahmad Fawzi’s life by benefittingfrom autobiography which he prepared and presented as a petition by himself. After that,the diploma will be mentioned.There are two reasons for our choosing this diploma as a subject for this text. First of them is inview of Mohammad Vahbi. According to me this diploma is one of the last diplomas which hegave to his pupils before the republic era. The second one is in view of Ahmad Fawzi Bolvadinî.Ahmad Fawzi has two diplomas. One of them is from Sheikh al-İslam Musa Kazım, the secondone is from Mohammad Vahbi. He had the Ruus exam with this first diploma, and was appointedas a mudarris of province called tashra. The second diploma and its content will beevaluated here.
