N2  - The purpose of the ‘’drive will reports’’ is to avoid the potential risks associated with a person's health. While one physician is sufficient to complete the report in healthy individuals, the opinion of the other branches may be needed to examine and decide on situations that could hinder. The operations are simple for individuals that are young and are at low risk for diseases, while the elderly and those with chronic diseases should be referred to the relevant sections when needed, all data should be recorded.
