N2  - In this article, it has been examined the works of fiqh in the Islamic Civilization of Andalusia. This article consists of four parts. The First Part deals with the introduction of the Maliki school of law in Andalusia. The Second Part concerns with the formation of Maliki school of law in Andalusia. The Third Part is about the consolidation of Maliki school of law in Andalusia. And the Fourth Part examines the interaction of Maliki school of law with other schools of law and thought. In a manner of speaking, the history of Andalusian law which the Malikism was dominant school is the history of development of Maliki school of law. In this respect, this article is important
